Description

Blodgett ZEPH-200-E-DBL Convection Oven is a mid-range double deck, bakery depth oven that accepts five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans in each oven from left-to-right or front-to-back positions. Features solid state infinite controls with separate digital timer. The dependent double doors have dual pane thermal glass and a black, soft touch handle. Operates on a two-speed, 1/2 HP convection motor with automatic thermal overload protection and is electrically heated with three tubular heaters. Each oven includes 5 stainless steel racks with 11 rack positions.
